How last-minute is last-minute?
Most of our deals depart within 4 to 8 weeks. Some go as close as 7 to 14 days out. The closer to departure, the deeper the discount usually goes.
What kind of boats are these?
Our budget tier focuses on tourist-class (3-star) and first-class (4-star) catamarans and motor yachts — 8 to 16 passenger boats with naturalist guides, all meals, and snorkel gear included. For luxury expedition ships, see our sister site Treasure of Galapagos.
Are these deals legitimate?
Yes. We work directly with licensed Galapagos operators who release distressed inventory through us. Every deal is on a verified ship with a real departure date. We never list phantom cruises to bait inquiries.
What’s NOT included in the deal price?
Galapagos National Park entrance fee ($200 USD, paid at airport on arrival), Transit Control Card ($20 USD, paid at Quito airport before boarding), gratuities for crew and guide (typical: $10-15 per day per passenger), and flights to/from Galapagos airports. We’ll arrange the flights for you if needed.
How fast do I need to commit?
Budget-tier deals often sell within 24 to 48 hours of being listed. We’ll hold a cabin for you for 24 hours while you confirm. Payment is typically by credit card or bank transfer, secured through our parent company CarpeDM Adventures.
Can I add a Quito hotel or Amazon trip?
